During the course we will work with how to:

*Regain your center in moments of stress, fear, or frustration, increasing awareness and safety
*Speak with both honesty and sensitivity while being grounded in your own values
*Understand and connect with the motivations of yourself and others
*Create solutions and move interactions forward in a peaceful and productive manner
*Use NVC tools for life AND work

Four three hour classes, each building on different components of Nonviolent Communication--Consciousness, Self-connection, Honesty, Empathy,  as well as co-creating curriculum based on your personal needs.

This is an opportunity to live Nonviolent Communication in a small community for an extended period where building trust and safety can contribute to maximum growth and learning.

  • Class two: Honesty, the four parts and the three modes or the "Road Map", speaking what is alive in us.
  • Class three: Empathy, listening to the life in without judging and evaluating, understanding the motivations of others so we can build effective ways to dialogue
  • Class four: Bringing it all together, NVC Consciousness--how do we live this in the world, going deeper into how to use NVC in real life situations.

Who is it for?

Anyone, at any skill or level of experience, who is interested in Nonviolent Communication, or those who just want to find ways to expand or augment current skills.
