   Small group interactive skills practice(for those who have read Marshall's
book or attended an NVC Intro). Learn to identify your needs and feelings, and make "do-able" requests. Handling anger, saying "no" in "giraffe", and
practicing emapthy for self and others. Giraffe" appreciation, and making "do-able" requests to get needs met. Thurs eve. 5 week class from March l0th to April 7th.

Practice saying and receiving "no" in "giraffe". Learn new ways to offer appreciation and make "do-able requests to get needs met. Explore expressing anger (yours and other people's)compassionately. Learn self-empathy to transform guilt into needs/requests and practice offering empathy to others.

Facilitator: Patty Zeitlin has taught and led practice groups for the past
six years, has an M.A. in Human Development and Adult Ed.and has been
teaching adults for the past 27 years. She is also an author, songwriter,
and recording artist.

Who is it for?

  Those who have either read Marshall's book or attended an NVC Introduction,
and want to develop their NVC skills and practice with a group of 6 to 8
people.
