Details

The class includes the following (as well as practicing the 4 steps).
(1) Saying "no" in n"NVC" and making clear requests to get
needs met.
(2) Anger; what causes it and what you might do about it.
(3) Identifying feelings and needs in one's self and others.
(4) Learn to practice NVC empathy.

Note: Patty Zeitlin has taught NVC and led practice groups for the past 15 years. She has an M.A. and is an author, playwright, poet, and singer/songwriter. She is one of the original founders of NVC (PSNCC)in the Puget Sound Area.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to learn and practice beginning NVC skills for the first time, and for those who have attended an Intro or read Marshall's book and want more experience in a small setting.
