Details

   There is a difference between “practicing NVC” and fully integrating it into your mind and body.  There is a physical process that happens in the brain that strengthens our ability to fully express ourselves and fully receive others as we stay centered and connected with ourselves.

In this drop-in group, we will develop the "muscles" (myelin) in the brain that enable a richer experience of life, both within ourselves and in the outer world.

Participants are encouraged to bring their growing edges and experiences to share and work on in class.

Who is it for?

  Everyone who has done a NVC Foundation Training or a Basics course and is eager to implement NVC on daily basis.

If tuition is not paid at time of registration, the minimum deposit is $28.00 with the remainder due by May 10, 2012.
