The quality of our lives and relationships depend on the quality of our communication. Often it is difficult to express what we want when we are  feeling hurt or angry, or afraid of how the other might react.  In this all day workshop, we will learn skills to gain the clarity, compassion, courage, and words to connect with more ease and grace.  We will also practice listening compassionately, especially when you are triggered, to be able to respond from what you value and to build trust and good will in the relationship. This is based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg, PhD, Nonviolent Communication.

Who is it for?

Anyone who is new to Nonviolent Communication or would like to practice their skills.
